Return Policy

Goods of proper quality that did not fit for any reason (style, size, color) are subject to return and exchange within 2 days after receipt (within Ukraine), provided:

– no signs of use

– preservation of commercial appearance and consumer properties

– presence of original and undamaged packaging and labels

Goods of improper quality are not subject to exchange or return.

-missing tag;

-commercial appearance not preserved;

-smell of perfume or sweat.

Please note!

If the returned item is not subject to exchange or return, we will be forced to send it back at your expense.

– the cost of delivery for return/exchange of goods is paid by the buyer.

— a bank commission is deducted from the product amount during the return transaction to your card.

– if you received something other than what you ordered, and you paid for delivery – we will compensate it.

Also, there is no return or exchange for orders that leave the borders of Ukraine.

The refund period is up to 14 banking business days from the moment we receive your return.

Shipment for exchange is carried out after the new order is fully completed and your return is received, as well as checked for commercial appearance.
