Orders with delivery to cities in Ukraine are processed with full prepayment. You can pay for your order via:

• LiqPay — fast and secure online bank card payment immediately upon placing the order.
• Payment to individual entrepreneur's account details — bank transfer using the provided details.

You can receive your order:

• at a Nova Poshta branch
• at a Nova Poshta parcel locker
• via Nova Poshta courier
• pickup from our offline stores:

  KHARKIV | 69 Sumska St.

International Delivery

International delivery is carried out according to the tariffs of "Nova Poshta" and "Ukrposhta" services worldwide, except for the Russian Federation and Belarus. You can receive your order:

• at a national post office
• via courier

Terms

Orders to cities in Ukraine

• If the item is in stock — shipment within 2–4 business days.
• If the item requires tailoring — 7–12 business days, sometimes tailoring may take longer. You can clarify details with us via Instagram Direct @el.milas.brand or Telegram: @embmanager

Orders to other countries (except the Russian Federation and Belarus)

Parcel delivery takes from 1 to 4 weeks depending on the destination country and the chosen carrier (Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta).
